TheKai Shun Seki Magoroku Redwood santoku knife 0170N 0170 cmbuilds on the ancient traditional Japanese design. It was designed by and for cooking enthusiasts. Special is its beautifully polished blade and wooden handle. Kai knows better than anyone how to design a knife. The blade of the Seki Magoroku Redwood series is a true jewel. It has a hardness of 58’ HRC and a very thin grind. This makes the blade razor-sharp and has excellent cutting properties.
